Treatment Is Available With or Without Insurance

We accept Medicaid and most major commercial insurance plans. Eligible uninsured individuals may also receive county-funded treatment through our contracted centers.

Grounded in the belief that each person’s path to recovery is unique, our case management team works collaboratively with clients to address their individual needs, overcome barriers, and achieve sustainable, long-term sobriety. MVP offers specialized Case Management services such as EMPOWERED which is designed to specifically support women with children.

Individualized Support

Provide personalized support tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Resource Navigation

Assist clients in accessing essential resources and services, including housing, employment assistance, medical care, mental health services, and legal support.

Continuum of Care

Facilitate seamless transitions between different levels of care and treatment modalities, ensuring continuity and consistency in the recovery process.

Advocacy

Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected and their needs are met within the healthcare system and broader community.

Collaboration

Collaborate closely with clients’ treatment providers, healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and support services.

Key Components of Case Management Services

MVP Recovery’s Case Management Services encompass a wide range of supportive interventions and resources, including:

Assessment and Goal Setting

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and goals for recovery. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans to address identified needs and achieve defined goals.

Linkage to Services

Connect clients with a network of community-based resources and support services, including housing assistance, vocational training, educational programs, transportation services, childcare, and financial assistance programs.

Crisis Intervention

Provide immediate support and intervention in times of crisis or relapse, including coordination of emergency services, crisis stabilization, and referral to appropriate treatment providers.

Advocacy and Support

Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive appropriate treatment, services, and accommodations. Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and empowerment to navigate challenges and barriers to recovery.

Co-Occurring Life Skills Training

Offer education and training in essential life skills, including budgeting, time management, communication skills, stress management, and conflict resolution, to enhance clients’ ability to maintain sobriety and achieve personal goals.

Community Integration

Facilitate clients’ engagement with peer support groups, mutual aid organizations, and community-based recovery resources to foster social connection, accountability, and a sense of belonging.

Monitoring and Follow-Up

Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up assessments to monitor progress, address emerging needs, and adjust care plans as necessary to support clients’ ongoing recovery journey.
