MVP offers specialized Case Management services such as EMPOWERED which is designed to specifically support women with children.

    2. Resource Navigation: Assist clients in accessing essential resources and services, including housing, employment assistance, medical care, mental health services, and legal support.
    3. Continuum of Care: Facilitate seamless transitions between different levels of care and treatment modalities, ensuring continuity and consistency in the recovery process.
    4. Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected and their needs are met within the healthcare system and broader community.
    5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients’ treatment providers, healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and support services.
