Our Program

Founded in 2014, the MVP Recovery Behavioral Health Program is dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving the four components of long-term sustainable recovery as defined by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): Health, Home, Purpose, & Community.

At MVP Recovery, we assist clients in identifying their critical relapse warning signs and equip them with the tools necessary to navigate life stressors in recovery. Our comprehensive model integrates multiple therapeutic resources, including evidence-based treatment and peer-to-peer recovery support, alongside structured and supportive independent community sober living. This holistic approach ensures our clients make real, lasting changes, enabling them to achieve and maintain long-term recovery.

Medicated Assisted Treatment

Evidence-based practice shows that Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) can be a successful option for many individuals diagnosed with an opioid use disorder. MAT typically involves using medication to replace the opioids an individual has been using. There are various medications available, and MVP Recovery provides individualized treatment by working directly with clients to find the medication that best suits their needs and treatment regimen. These medications can help clients overcome the discomfort experienced in early treatment and engage more fully in their recovery program.

MAT is a valuable tool for helping individuals achieve the four components of recovery: Health, Home, Purpose, and Community. It is essential for clients on MAT to participate in recommended therapy, counseling sessions, and recovery supports to achieve long-lasting, sustainable recovery.
